Our role as your General Contractor will include defining the project team members, implementing specific project controls, developing communication protocols and reinforcing your goals from project to final punch list.

Development Feasibility

We evaluate the economic feasibility of your vision to determine the financial impact of your project. We also monitor the current local legal environment, along with the operational and technological feasibilities relative to current market conditions.

Conceptual Budgeting

Establishing an accurate conceptual construction budget based on your vision and our expertise along with historical data and current economic factors, are what generate detailed project estimates from which we build your individualized pricing models.

Project Scheduling

Before we begin, your project will have an initial pre-construction scheduling conference when timelines, durations and milestones of the most critical project activities are established. This information is then shared with all project team members to ensure seamless communication.

Project Implementation

We commit to providing you with strict contract administration, cost-control analysis, code compliance and to listening to your vision with a laser-like focus on jobsite safety.

Walk-Through & Follow Up

At your project’s closing, you will be invited to participate in a final walk-through to answer any of your questions. At this time, we also invite subcontractors to teach you how all systems work.  We make certain our clients fully understand their space so you can expect a follow-up before your one-year warranty expires.

In this model, pre-construction logistics are already established and we use

your final drawings to build the best team of subcontractors and bring your
